I have signed this document in consideration of being given the opportunity to take part in a HADO AR Sports and Events activities run by theSEvents Ltd. 

During participation in HADO Events/ HADO AR Sports, your image may be taken (photograph or video) as part of a posed image (with specific consent) group photograph, action shot, panoramic shot, atmosphere shot or may appear in the background of another image (as part of a crowd, a queue or in passing, etc.) being taken. 

By ticking the photo consent box, I confirm and agree that: 

 
I give consent for any instance of your likeness (including incidental background shots) to be used by theSEvents Ltd, HADO AR Sports and Events in publicity for the event, marketing, newsletters, social media posts, on our websites or HADO Official sites. 

If you choose to DECLINE, please ensure you inform your activity leader and/or your activity group and organiser before each event begins. 

Withdrawal of consent: 

You may communicate your objection to our continual use and/or disclosure of the images and videos for any of the purposes and in the manner as stated above at any time by contacting us at our e-mail address hello@hadoarsports.com. Please note that if you communicate your objection to our use  for the purposes and in the manner as stated above, depending on the nature of your objection, we may not be in a position to continue to provide our products or services to you or perform on any contract we have with you. Our legal rights and remedies are expressly reserved in such event.

Release: 

I hereby release, remise, and forever discharge from any claims and liabilities whatsoever without limitations that I might have against theSEvents Ltd, activity provider for HADO AR Sports and Events, and the owners of the property on which the activity I am participating in takes place. 

I make this release on behalf of heirs, my executors, assigns, administrators, and myself. 

You agree that the Minors in your care are to be accompanied by You at all times during HADO AR Sports and Events.  

You agree that on behalf of yourself, your children, family members, children in your care, and your heirs and assigns, that You knowingly and freely assume all risks of injury and agree to hold harmless theSEvents Ltd, HADO Events/HADO AR Sports, its owners, shareholders, managers, agents and employees with respect to any claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees and court costs, arising from or related to Participant’s taking part in HADO events activities. 

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM WAIVING RIGHTS THAT WOULD BE OTHERWISE AVAILABLE BOTH FOR MYSELF AND FOR MINORS IN MY CARE. 

BY CONTINUING WITH THE BOOKING, I CONFIRM THAT I FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THESE TERMS ABOVE. 

By continuing with the booking, I agree that is the legally binding equivalent of my handwritten signature on paper. I will not, at any future time, claim that my action is not legally binding or enforceable. 

A parent or legal guardian must complete booking on behalf of any minor participant under the age of 18. By continuing with the booking, I represent that I have the authority to sign and enter into this agreement on behalf of the minor(s) named in the booking.
