If you're 14 or below, it is a requirement to wear a sports sweatband. You can bring your own, or buy one of our HADO wrist bands for £1.

It is completely fine to play with glasses or contact lenses on underneath the headset.

Please arrive on time to start the briefing together and maximise game time. You may arrive 10 minutes before the start time if you have booked the centre for exclusive use but not any earlier as there may be other events or the centre may still be closed.

Yes! We can provide free parking on the day BUT you will need to register your car number plate on arrival through a QR code by our front door or risk a £50 fine.

Yes, due to public liability insurance requirements, all players must sign a simple online waiver before engaging in any HADO AR activities provided by us. You have to be over 18 to sign your own form, and parents/guardians will need to sign for anyone under 18. Please see the link in our footer to sign it online.

We recommend that players are between 6 years old and 60 years old, however we have had younger and older players compete!

HADO is very accessible to people with physical disabilities, and we have had people compete in our open tournaments - successfully - playing in a wheelchair. Inputs into the game are universal movements, and physically stronger people do not have faster or stronger bullets as these are coded before the game.
